No you don't! To use SendBound for free a credit card won't be required. If you ever decide to upgrade your account to a more powerful subscription plan, you can add your billing details easily through your account dashboard.
Do I need any prior knowledge or skills to use the platform?
Not at all! SendBound is designed with simplicity in mind, so we have the tools you need to easily build beautiful emails, create lists and set advanced preferences. If you ever need guidance, you can take a look at our many tutorials and resources, or contact our support team.
Do you offer any services to help me get started?
We do! We have in-house experts who are readily available to provide the tailored guidance and assistance you need do email marketing that drives results. If you prefer to have our experts handle everything for you, our rates start as low as $50 a month.
Are there any contracts?
There are no contracts or hidden fees with SendBound. You may change plans or cancel at any time. Sign up for a plan or purchase credits as you need them; there are no additional charges.
How can I pay?
All payments are made by credit card, through our secure payment processor. If you subscribe to a monthly plan, the subscription period is 30 days and charges are processed at the beginning of each period. All statements are available within your account.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind, you can cancel your plan at any time directly from your account. Your data will be stored if you wish to use our services again, or we can delete all of your records upon your request.
Does SendBound work on my Mac, PC and mobile devices?
Absolutely! Since SendBound is a web-based application you'll be able to send and manage your emails using any device with an internet connection, whether you're at home, in the office or on the go.
What happens if I hit my sending limit?
SendBound will automatically bill you for your overages. As long as you pay for your overages on time, we will not stop your campaigns or pause your account.
